1. Reservation & Payment

Full payment or a minimum of 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.

Remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the trip date.

Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

30% cancellation fee after booking transaction.

60% cancellation fee if made within 1 month before departure.

100% cancellation fee if made within 1 day prior to departure or in case of no-show.

No refund for late arrival, no-show, or unused services.
3. Trip Itinerary

Itinerary may change due to weather, harbor authority, or safety concerns.

Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the route or schedule for guest safety and comfort.
4. Health & Safety

Guests must be in good health and physically able to join water and trekking activities.

Pregnant women or guests with serious medical conditions are advised to consult a doctor before booking.

Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be used when required.
5. Liability

Tour operator is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

Guests join activities at their own risk and are encouraged to have personal travel insurance.

Additional costs due to delays, force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, regulations), or personal matters are the guest’s responsibility.
6. Boat & Accommodation

Type of boat (Phinisi or Speedboat) and room assignment depends on availability.

Cleanliness, basic amenities, and meals are provided based on the selected trip class (Standard, Deluxe, Luxury).
7. Code of Conduct

Respect nature, local culture, and fellow travelers.

Smoking is prohibited in cabins and indoor boat areas.

Drug use and disruptive behavior will result in trip termination without refund.
8. Insurance

Travel Insurance is MANDATORY for all tours arranged by komodosafarijourney.com.

We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate coverage before booking.

komodosafarijourney.com does not include travel, accident, or any other insurance in the tour package.
